8 InterVarsity at Cleveland State University in Ohio, a new chapter plant, was approved as an official group on campus! Praise God!
 

9 Pray for Christians in Florida and Louisiana to respond as God calls them to join InterVarsity staff and serve with Graduate & Faculty Ministries on campuses throughout the Gulf States area.
 

10 Pray for students and staff at the University of Akron in Ohio as they develop relationships with non-Christians, share the love of Christ, and invite their peers to join InterVarsity’s witnessing community.  

11 The Central Regional Leadership Team continues to discuss strategic planning and staff recruitment which promote chapter growth. Pray for their planning.  

12 Pray for Brittany Messer, campus intern at Bemidji State University in Minnesota, as she boldly invites and trains students in her Isaiah 61:3 vision “to plant oaks of righteousness” in dorms and academic departments around campus.  

13 Pray for staff women at the National Women’s Conference January 13-15 in Baltimore, MD, to be inspired as they discuss the theme Called to be Present—to God, to ourselves, and to our circumstances.  

14  Faculty members are attending the Boston Faculty Fellowship retreat January 14-15. Pray for them to experience rest, friendship, and vision building for the chapter as they explore the theme The Place of Religion in the Modern University.
