Welcome to Graduate & Faculty Ministries

Graduate & Faculty Ministries (GFM) is InterVarsity's ministry among graduate and professional-school students and university and college faculty all around the United States.

Our desire is to see you flourish as you follow Christ and pursue the academic or professional vocation to which God has called you. We hope that you will explore the resources available to you on this website and get connected to a campus or online community. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Resources from Graduate & Faculty Ministries

Are you a graduate student?
Graduate Student fellowships are at the heart of our ministry. We currently have 180 fellowships on 88 university campuses across the US. Find out how to get connected to a fellowship on your campus.

Faculty Ministry

Are you a university or college faculty member?
Faculty Ministry helps Christian faculty to flourish and be a redeeming influence among the people, ideas and structures of higher education. We serve faculty through campus communities, symposia, national and regional conferences, and our quarterly chronicle, the Lamp Post.

Emerging Scholars Network

Are you an undergraduate, graduate student or young faculty pursuing an academic vocation?
The Emerging Scholars Network encourages and equips the next generation of Christian scholars who are pursuing an academic vocation. Join ESN for member-only discounts, resources, and mentoring.

Professional Schools Ministries

Are you studying, teaching, or working in health care, law, or business?
Professional Schools Ministries seeks to help professional-school students, faculty and alumni live, work, and think as Christ's disciples within the distinct academic, professional, and cultural dynamics of their fields.

The Well

Are you a graduate, faculty, or professional woman?
Women in the Academy & Professions invites you to The Well, a virtual gathering place for graduate and professional women to receive wisdom, care, challenge, and inspiration as you seek to follow Christ in the academic world and beyond.

Black Scholars and Professionals

Are you a graduate student or faculty of African or African American descent?
Black Scholars and Professionals ministers to graduate students, professional-school students, and faculty of African or African American descent through local campus fellowships, national conferences, missions trips, and online resources.
