Terumi Echols

Terumi Echols joined InterVarsity Press in 2017 as the Director of Finance and Fulfillment Operations. In that role she managed the annual budget and oversaw the finance, accounting, distribution center, customer contact center, general services, and facilities teams. 

Before InterVarsity Press, Terumi worked for nearly two decades at Christianity Today International, most recently from 2014 to 2016 as the Executive Vice President and Chief Publishing Officer.

As president of IVP, Terumi will continue to lead the press with five key initiatives: the new IVP Kids imprint, Every Voice Now, the Disrupters podcast, the Seminary Now digital learning platform, and the IVP Signature Collection.

Terumi has been married to Darrell for 31 years. They have two adult children and two grandchildren. Terumi loves golfing with her husband, reading a good book, and hosting large family get togethers. She holds an MBA from Chadwick University.
