Access Resources: University of Wisconsin - Superior

InterVarsity has assembled resources for the news media and other interested individuals who want additional information about the situation on the University of Wisconsin-Superior campus. The University of Wisconsin-Superior has derecognized the InterVarsity-Superior chapter. The university’s conditions for recognition violate basic constitutional rights. InterVarsity-Superior chapter is suing the university to win reinstatement. The UW Board of Regents enacted a policy change at their meeting on Friday, December 8, 2006, aimed at addressing the issue. InterVarsity is thankful that the Regents have attempted to address the issue. We are waiting to see how it will be implemented.
