The overlay model retains parts of the original chapter while achieving cultural change and needed restructuring for growth. This paper describes the approach while using the chapter at UNH as a model. Used as a handout at 2009 Spring Meetings in the seminar "Creating a Missional Culture: The Overlay Strategy for Chapter Growth (in Groups of 20-80 Students)."
