We would like you to consider leadership!

Here is a list of questions to think about as you pray and consider the
possibility of leadership with Cal Christian Fellowship. Our goal is to
partner with you to find God’s purposes for your involvement with
intervarsity next year.

Pray and take some time to think through and write out the answers to these
questions:

A. Getting to know you.

1. Please describe briefly your relationship with Jesus and how you have come to faith in him. 2. What is your church background? Where do you attend during the school year? In what ways, if any, do you serve these congregations? 3. Circle below words that describe you (as many or as few as you’d like). B. Leadership style, gifts, and availability.

1. Briefly describe your desire to be a leader with InterVarsity. 2. Gifts and passions. a. What do you think your spiritual and natural gifts are? b.
