InterVarsity Christian Fellowship Leadership Process.
We would like you to consider leadership!
Please prayerfully answer these questions and turn in your form by
Here is a list of questions to think about as you pray and consider the
possibility of leadership with Cal Christian Fellowship. Our goal is to
partner with you to find God’s purposes for your involvement with
intervarsity next year.
Pray and take some time to think through and write out the answers to these
questions:
A. Getting to know you.
1. Please describe briefly your relationship with Jesus and how you have
come to faith in him.
2. What is your church background? Where do you attend during the school
year? In what ways, if any, do you serve these congregations?
3. Circle below words that describe you (as many or as few as you’d

view on consumption of alcohol? How would you advise someone
under 21 to think about alcohol? Turning 21 or over 21?
B. Leadership style, gifts, and availability.
1. Briefly describe your desire to be a leader with InterVarsity.
2. Gifts and passions.
a. What do you think your spiritual and natural gifts are?
b. What do you like to do for fun (that is, free time.)?
c. What are some things you’d rather go get your teeth pulled than
do?
d. In what areas of leadership would you like to be involved or
feel called to be involved?
e. What areas of leadership would you definitely not want to do?
f. Have you been on a mission trip before? Describe your
experience. How has this been incorporated in your worldview?
g. What does risk taking in ministry look like to you? Share one
story where you shared some aspect of your faith with a non-
Christian friend?
