“Rescue Heroes” Game
Objective: To rescue as many people to the “home base” as possible in the
specified time. I repeat – this is a timed event!
Start of Game:
Two people are the original “rescue heroes” who are to bring people to
“home base” so they may receive energy to be made “alive” and given
instructions for the rest of the game (to become a fellow “rescue hero”).
Using whatever means possible or given at “home base”, the “rescue heroes”
are to bring the others back to home base.
The “lost ones” are given instructions (one of three types)
WAITING TO BE RESCUED
A. To go find a spot to sit/lie down (either somewhat hidden or in plain
sight) and wait to be “rescued”. You are to go with the “rescue
heroes”. Once you have been “rescued,” you are then to be a
contributing member of the “rescue heroes” team.
WAITING TO BE RESCUED
B. To go find a spot to sit/lie down (either somewhat hidden or in plain
sight) and wait to be “rescued”. You are to go with the “rescue
heroes”. Once you have been “rescued,” you are then to be a
contributing member of the “rescue heroes” team. But halfway through
one of the rescue – you are to give up and leave the rescue and go
back to home base. If asked why you are leaving, just say, you have
issues I need to attend to.
WAITING TO BE RESCUED
C. To go find a spot to sit/lie down (either somewhat hidden or in plain
sight) and wait to be “rescued”. You are to go with the “rescue
heroes”. Once you have been “rescued,” you are then expected to be a
contributing member of the “rescue heroes” team. But refuse – you do
not want to be a rescue hero and just stay at home base. If asked
why, just say, this is not your calling and besides it looks like you
all are good at it anyway. After all, what could I really do?
