<title>Reviews of Thinking about Believing - Ministry Exchange (MX) - InterVarsity.org</title>
<link>http://www.intervarsity.org/mx/item/4806/</link>
<description>People don't just need some new piece of information about Jesus or some more effective or more relevant "plan of salvation." Often the barrier to faith for them is something that comes prior to that. What they need help in is in thinking about how to believe something that is a radically new claim about reality, which is Jesus. This talk (given to Christian faculty) explores biblically how Jesus challenged his contemporaries including the apostle Paul to think outside the box. It then looks at the categories of thought that keep people today at the University from considering the Gospel and how to help them think in new ways. It provides many stories of how this has happened on campus.</description>
