Applying the principles and method outlined in a "Process for Learning to Choose Wisely" to a recent decision, we took some of the pain out of comparing apples with oranges - and the math involved. The top worksheet was the basis for notes before, during and after visiting a property. The template worksheet categorizes and prioritizes observations according to our values. Once it's finalized for the decision at hand, it gets copied to subsequent worksheets, one for each scenario, often including the status quo. All of this could look very different for someone else.

Comments: Having just done house-shopping, I delighted to see this worksheet. I will recommend it to my family & friends. I would have liked to see more of your "values," although I was challenged by "kingdom opportunities" consideration.
