Rev. Paula R. Fuller was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. She joined the staff of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship in 2005 as the Vice President and Director of Multiethnic Ministries after serving as a volunteer for seven years. Paula has served in full-time vocational ministry since 1996, first as the Director of Outreach and Development at Abundant Life Christian Fellowship, a nondenominational, multiethnic ministry in Menlo Park, CA. After completing seminary in 2001, she joined the pastoral staff and served as the Pastor of Business Operations.

Prior to joining the ministry of Abundant Life, Paula worked in the banking and telecommunications industries in the areas of risk management, business development, marketing and strategy.

Paula received a B.S. in Finance from U.C. Berkeley in 1987, an MBA from Stanford University in 1992, and a Masters of Divinity degree from Fuller Theological Seminary in 2001. She has served as an advisory team member, speaker and student mentor for InterVarsity’s National MBA Ministries (1998-2000) and she joined the InterVarsity Christian Fellowship Board of Trustees in 2000. Paula served as the Chair of the Board of Trustees from 2002 until 2004 and the Chair of the Multiethnic Committee of the Board.
