What is the theme of A:05?
The theme for A:05 is Identity Theft: Expose. Reclaim. Prevail. We will look at the theme of identity, exploring the unredeemed names that the world calls us and that we call ourselves: we will then look at the names God calls us, and see how we can appropriate the redeemed identity of those names through the power of the Holy Spirit. We will also look at different strategies it takes to appropriate the names (sometimes instantaneously through the Holy Spirit, sometime through counseling, hard work, fasting, and prayer through the Holy Spirit). We will explore our redeemed name as it applies to our church/faith, our money, our relationships, and our culture. Ultimately, God gives us the power to outlast our challenges and to prevail in His Name.

What are the dates of A:05?
A:05 begins the afternoon of Tuesday, December 27th and ends 12:30 PM on Saturday, December 31st.

No, only one registration package fee is available; housing is included.

Will walk-in registrations be accepted at A:05?
Walk-in registrations will only be accepted if A:05 has room on December 27th, 2005. We strongly encourage everyone to pay the $100 deposit to reserve and ensure his or her space.

If I need to cancel, can I transfer my registration to someone else's name?
No - transfers will not be allowed.

Are there scholarships available?
The best way to save money for this conference is to take advantage of lower fees by registering before November 15th.

How much extra money should I bring?
Your conference fee covers all of your housing and meals costs. There will be a conference store that will sell books ($12-20 each) and conference T-shirts ($12-15 each). There will also be an opportunity to give (an offering) to support the work of campus ministry around the world.

How can I room with my friends?
Groups of friends are to indicate in the "other information" sections of their registration processes their desire to room together. Although we make no promises, we will do our best to accommodate such housing requests.

We are a married couple: can we room together?
Each delegate is to indicate in the appropriate section of the registration process the name of his or her spouse. NOTE: Although we can accommodate married couples, they will be sharing a room with another married couple.

Can I bring my children?
Accommodations and program are not available for children of delegates, and they are not permitted at the conference.

What about transportation: how can I get to A:05, and how will I get around once there?
Go to the transportation page for more information regarding flights to and from Atlanta. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK YOUR TRANSPORTATION ARRANGEMENTS UNTIL YOU ARE A CONFIRMED DELEGATE TO THE CONFERENCE. Those flying to Atlanta will catch the local subway (MARTA) to the North Avenue MARTA station, where they will walk one block south to the Renaissance Atlanta Hotel Downtown. Please bring $3.50 (1.75 each way) for the fare to and from the airport. For those arriving in Atlanta by train or bus, we will also have hourly shuttles traveling to and from the respective stations.

If I drive my car, will parking be available?
Parking is available for a weekly charge. The price is to be determined. NOTE: This is a "closed campus" conference, and we ask that those driving cars would leave them parked for the duration of the conference.

Can I go tour Atlanta during the conference?
There will not be time within the conference schedule to go sightseeing in Atlanta. We suggest that you plan to arrive early or stay later to enjoy this beautiful city. If you decide to do so, you will need to provide for your own accommodations, meals, and transportation.
