CCX Russia Intern Training Program – This one-year program has been designed to train recent grads in the basic knowledge, skills, and attitudes of student ministry in Russia with the aim of preparing them for long-term staff work in Eurasia. This intern must speak Russian and attend ministry training events. S/he must also go through an orientation and be 100% funded before departure to Russia.

Central Asian Republics, Russia, Moldova and Azerbaijan -These countries need young staff and/or experienced staff and team leaders to pioneer and develop student ministry.

Azerbaijan – would like an experienced staff couple to serve as mentors and teachers to young national staff.

Armenia – Mature, experienced staff are needed to help build the national ministry, train young staff in basic ministry skills, direct English evangelistic camps, and pioneer or develop ministry on one or more campuses. Will need to teach ESL in a local university to obtain visa. Looking for experienced, self-directed person or couple who can work under the leadership of younger national staff and work well on a team while providing mentoring and training.

Siberia – A team leader and team are needed to pioneer and develop work.

Ukraine – Experienced staff to lead young national teams. Team members to serve on established national teams. Team members to pioneer or repioneer student work. Must be willing to learn Ukrainian, commit to 3-5 years, work & play well with others, resolve conflicts well, raise up indigenous student groups and national staff, create a volunteer force from alumni, and submit to the authority of national leadership.
