InterVarsity is one of more than 150 member movements of the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES). University graduates and experienced InterVarsity staff are invited to serve on multinational teams, in cross-cultural contexts with these sister movements. As InterVarsity Link staff their purpose is to establish or strengthen student movements in their assigned country or region under the direction of their IFES supervisor. There are opportunities for university graduates and InterVarsity staff in Antigua, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica, Montserrat, St Vincent and Grenadines, St. Kitts and Nevis, and St. Lucia.
