InterVarsity is seeking a person who loves the world of higher education and working in a stimulating urban setting to plant and develop graduate and faculty communities at Case Western Reserve. This private university has over 5600 graduate and professional school students and 1200 faculty. Case is known for its outstanding engineering programs and pioneering work in biomedical technology. Case resides in University Circle, the cultural heart of Cleveland which includes the Cleveland Museum of Art and Severance Hall, the home of the Cleveland Orchestra.

InterVarsity is looking for candidates who have grown a group from scratch, show considerable initiative and have a track record of developing leaders. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to work with undergraduate and international student ministry InterVarsity staff. Theological and/or advanced degrees are considered an asset.
