"NAFSA: Association of International Educators" has a website with a section for students related to seeking funding for higher educational study in the USA.

This website gives advice on planning overseas education in advance of coming to the USA, and a list of what kinds of places to look for potential sources of funding.

It does not give particular sources, but simply lists the kinds of sources available so that a student is aware of the many possibilities.
