Interim Ministry Associates serve as both paid staff and volunteers. Those who volunteer receive no compensation for their time and service. However, InterVarsity covers expenses related to the fulfillment of their ministry.
A generous salary is available. Those that intend to be on payroll must secure their support through personal fund development prior to beginning their ministry. Part-time salaries are prorated according to the number of hours worked. Training and materials are provided for those raising support to assist them in securing their funding.
