Pride

It is easy to become prideful when everything seems to be going our way. We can become confident enough in our own abilities that we mistakenly leave God out of the picture. Sometimes, God will take things away from us to show us where we have wrongly based our identity.

This Bible study is designed to help people understand the dangerous nature of pride. In the fifth chapter of the book of Daniel, Belshazzar and Nebuchadnezzar learn that regardless of one's position in life, it is ultimately in God's hands. We need to acknowledge Him for all that we have and are, and allow Him to be in control of our life.
