Game Day Information
Well, it's not game day, but you get the point. Check here for up-to-the-minute important info you need to know regarding GC Indy

SATURDAY Night Dance Theme Announced
We will be celebrating the evening Country Club style on Saturday after General Session. Bring whatever that means to you - whether it be the Chicago clubs, the Indy low-key bar scene, or something from the golf course - it's up to you! But make sure you're dancing shoes are included! And for the non-dancing type - we'll have Wii, cornhole and other great diversions just for you. And a snack and soda bar to keep you going all night long!

ARRIVAL: To get to the Marriott East, take 465 towards the east side of Indy. You'll take the I70W exit and the hotel is your first exit - Shadeland Avenue South (Exit 89). Turn right and then an immediate left on 21st St. The Marriott will be on your left. Please park in the convention lot in the back and enter through the Convention/Liberty Hall entrance.

PRE-GAME: The main reason you'll want to arrive early is for the free food and drink beginning at 6pm during our Pre-Game activities in the Greek Hall. You won't want to miss that.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
1)FLIGHT INFORMATION If you are flying in, please send your flight information to indy@greekiv.org. We want to be able to save you as much money on the airport shuttle as possible, but to do so, need to know your flight times!
2) PICTURES! We want to use pictures of you and your friends enjoying Greek Life in our Conference experience, and need your help! Please go to the Facebook group and upload pix of Greeks enjoying life to the full. We'll pick the top ones and you might see them throughout the weekend! You can also feel free to share picasa or other Web albums with indy@greekiv.org if you are so daring.
3) SPEED UP CHECK-IN We all know that check-in can be a harrowing experience at events, and we want to make this the smoothest one yet! There are a couple of things you can do to help speed things up once you arrive at the Marriott:
* Pay your balance online. When you registered you created an account. You can log back into this account and pay your balance in full. Remember, a zero balance allows you to be pre-roomed w/other people who are fully paid, which will further cut down your check-in time!
* If you must pay onsite, consider bring your credit card, check or exact cash. This will help speed up processing times in line.
* If you know you want to change concentrations let us know now!
4) ARRIVE EARLY Well, earlier than we college students usually arrive to things! We will be pre-gaming from 6-8 at the hotel. This will include, but not be limited to games, activities, video games and the chance to connect early with other Greeks from around the nation. Why not pre-game in style with your Greek friends!
5) WHAT ELSE? All you need to know about what you need to bring, what the schedule is and what you should expect is online under the.....What Can I Expect tab. Answers to your other questions can probably also be found at Things You Need to Know, but if you still have questions, e-mail us and we'll take care of you!
