2. When to arrive and depart: Registration at the hotel starts at 6:30 PM on Friday. Please arrive promptly. You will be free to leave at 12:30 PM on Sunday (Hotel check-out will be before 8:00 am on Sunday morning and places will be provided for you to store your luggage at the hotel).

3. Meals: Saturday lunch and dinner are included in the cost of the conference. Breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday are on your own. For your convenience, the hotel will provide a breakfast cash bar at a reasonable cost if you desire. Sunday lunch is also on your own, as the conference ends before lunch.

4. Travel: Please car pool with members of your chapter.

5. Housing: Participants will be housed four per room (two full-sized beds). If you prefer not to share a bed, you may bring your own sleeping bag. Contact the registrar if you have special needs. You will be assigned housing at the hotel when you register.

6. What to bring: bring your Bible (NIV preferably), a notebook, clothes (including swimsuit) and toiletries, and $ for breakfasts, offering and books. Linens are provided by the hotel.

7. Recreation: the hotel has a heated, indoor, lap pool with two outdoor sundecks, heated, indoor whirlpool, 4,000-sq.-ft. fitness center featuring free weights, exercise cycles, stair climbers, rowers, multi-exercise weight machines, treadmills

8. Offerings: as is our custom at all training events, we will take an offering to benefit the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES).

9. Books: a large selection of books will be available for you to purchase to help you follow up on what you have been learning. Look for the special sale table with sale books discounted from 25% to 60%.

10. Sunday Worship: will be held at the hotel, combined with the students from the other Winterfest tracks.

11. Expectations: because this is a course of training you must attend the whole weekend. No exceptions. It is wiser not to count on getting academic work done during the weekend. There isn't that sort of time. This will be a weekend of special opportunity. Try to get adequate sleep before you come. Ask the Lord to prepare you to take in all that He wants to give you there. Please pray for those who will lead sessions.

12. Your pre-course assignment is enclosed in this mailing. The assignment will help you in several ways to prepare for the course.

13. Cancellations: If for any reason you have to cancel, please call the Registrar immediately as others might be waiting to get in the conference. The registration fee is non-transferable. You might be eligible for a partial refund.

14. Questions: Call the Northern Illinois / NW Indiana Divisional Office:(773) 238-0498 and ask for Judy Stark, registrar or click here to email.
