What qualities are you looking for in Campus Staff?

Our list of qualifications is included in the Position Description, but there are several to highlight:

• It is important that our Campus Staff understand the university and professional worlds and that they have experience in these institutions as graduate students, faculty, or professionals working in business, law, healthcare, theology, etc.
• We also look for Campus Staff with experience in discipleship and evangelism and who have demonstrated the potential to build fellowship groups and develop leaders.
• An understanding of InterVarsity's mission to advance witnessing communities of students and faculty is also an asset.
• Finally, our Campus Staff must be willing to raise an annual budget, to be determined in consultation with their supervisors.
