Open Position at HOPE International

Recruiting a Director of Spiritual Integration

HOPE International is now moving forward in recruiting a Director of Spiritual Integration. The Director of Spiritual Integration (DSI) will be responsible for providing strategic direction, guidance, and coordination of HOPE’s efforts to effectively integrate an intentional witness for Jesus Christ, appropriate to the context, in its micro-finance and other programs. The DSI will support, advise, coach, and provide training and technical assistance to field programs to assist them in maximizing their effectiveness in pre-evangelism, evangelism, discipleship, and strengthening the church.

This individual will report to HOPE's Director of Programs and will be based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
