New York MBA Mentoring Program

Year One New York (YONY)

Year One New York is a seven-month informal Christian mentoring program from June to December for new arrivals to Wall Street (those finishing undergraduate and graduate/MBA programs and starting a full-time job in the financial industry in New York). YONY is sponsored by Financial Services Ministry (FSM) of Redeemer Presbyterian Church. Through regular attendance at FSM events, mentoring lunches with experienced finance professionals, social activities, and a weekly fellowship group, YONY will help new arrivals acclimate to the Street, connect to Christian fellowship, and learn how to better live out their calling as Christians in the financial industry.
