Faculty Scavenger Hunt

At the Spring 2007 Vanderbilt Faculty Dinner, this "scavenger hunt" was used to break the ice between Christian faculty meeting for the first time. At first, the staff and faculty organizing the dinner were not sure that faculty would enjoy such a "childish" activity, but the faculty at the dinner had a wonderful time getting to know each other better.

The rules are simple. Each person is given a copy of the form, and their task is to find as many people who fit the categories as possible. It's an excellent way to find out what you have in common with each other or what interesting experiences someone else has had. It can also be easily modified for your university.
