"Transformative Leadership: Developing Leaders Like Jesus," featuring Dr. Robert Coleman, is the "2004 Vision Conference" from the International Institute for Christian Studies.

From the conference brochure:

"[This is] a conference for those who desire to reach leaders and for anyone interested in Christ-centered discipleship. Christ's strategy always includes discipleship. Discipleship and mentoring are the most important biblical and effective approaches to ministry.

"2004 Vision Conference Goals
"Understanding that evangelism without discipleship is not truly evangelism

"Focusing on principles of discipleship as modeled by Jesus

"Embracing mentoring as an avenue of discipleship

"Concentrating our efforts on reaching future leaders in universities overseas"
