Success & Failure in the University
Date: Nov 5, 2005

"Certainly there was an Eden on this very unhappy earth. We all long for it, and we are constantly glimpsing it: our whole nature at its best and least corrupted, its gentlest and most humane, it is soaked with the sense of 'exile.'"
J.R.R. Tolkien in a letter to his son

Graduate students and faculty are invited to attend a one-day conference focusing on the topic: "Success & Failure in the University." Terry Morrison, Director Emeritus of InterVarsity's Faculty Ministry, will serve as the main speaker, and members of the local Pittsburgh university community will share their own reflections on the topic for the edification of the entire gathering and in small group conversations.

The event will begin with registration at 9:30 am on Saturday, November 5, 2005, and will conclude at 5 pm. Lunch is included.

For more information, please visit the conference web site.
