Call for Papers: 2006 Annual NACFLA Conference

Faithful Teaching and Scholarship in Language, Literature, and Culture
Sponsored by the North American Christian Foreign Language Association, the conference will be held at Baylor University from March 30 to April 1, 2006.
Papers submitted for the conference should follow these guidelines:
- All paper and/or session proposals should clearly reflect a Christian perspective.
- We encourage the proposal of sessions organized around a common theme.
- We encourage the proposal of panel discussions.
- We encourage the use of English, unless the topic of the paper dictates that another language of delivery would be more appropriate.
- Papers should be twenty minutes (approximately eight-to-ten double-spaced pages) in length. Sessions will be ninety minutes, allowing for three papers with ten minutes of discussion each.
- Please send an abstract (up to two-hundred words in length) or your finished paper.
- Your paper proposal must include a summary of fifty words maximum in clear, concise, publishable English to be printed on the NACFLA web site and in the conference program.
Deadline: Proposals must be received by October 15, 2005.
