Abiding in the Vine
Dates: Jan 22, 2007 - Jan 25, 2007

A Women's Retreat

Women in the academy and professions are invited to a four-day retreat in the hill country of Texas. Kelly Monroe Kullberg, author of Finding God Beyond Harvard, will be speaking on themes of "Memoir, Healing, and True Vine."

Kelly will share her spiritual journey and the story of the Veritas Forum, which explores the world's hardest questions in relation to Jesus Christ in university settings. Veritas means "Truth." The founders of Harvard College knew truth as a person — Jesus Christ — the Life-Giver. We will explore questions, our own stories, and the larger Story to which we belong. Worship will be led by Jill Phillips, a gifted worship leader/singer/songwriter from Nashville.

For more information and to register, visit the retreat web site.

Location:
Laity Lodge
Kerrville, Texas
