From the conference brochure:
"[This is] a conference for those who desire to reach leaders and for anyone interested in Christ-centered discipleship. Christ's strategy always includes discipleship. Discipleship and mentoring are the most important biblical and effective approaches to ministry.

- "Understanding that evangelism without discipleship is not truly evangelism
- "Focusing on principles of discipleship as modeled by Jesus
- "Embracing mentoring as an avenue of discipleship
