From the course announcement:

"This course is vital to developing a Christian response to a rapidly changing ethical world. It investigates the dilemmas of dangerous knowledge, including stem cell research, fetal tissue research, human gene manipulation, transgenic bioengineering, and more, and is taught by David Lahti, a fine teacher, with Ph.D. degrees in philosophy (Oxford) and biology (Michigan).

"The course is limited to twelve students. Interested students should consult the Au Sable website and press 'Apply Here' to save a tentative place in this seminar course and be sent more information. Very substantial scholarship support is available."
