Don Kraybill, Elizabethtown College Distinguished College Professor and Senior Fellow, Young Center for Anabaptist and Pietist Studies Joint appt., Sociology and Religious Studies departments, will present on “The Sociology of Faith: An Autobiographical Story.”
The lunch will be provided by Elizabethtown Brethren in Christ and a free will offering will be accepted.
Don Kraybill (Ph.D. in sociology from Temple University) is nationally recognized for his scholarship on Anabaptist groups. He is the author or editor of more than 20 books and dozens of professional articles. For a complete bio visit his faculty page at Elizabethtown College.
Note: We also welcome you to join Elizabethtown Brethren in Christ for their morning worship services (8:30 am, 11 am) where Kraybill will preach on “Jesus’ Upside Down Kingdom” (based upon his book “The Upside Down Kingdom”).
In addition, he’ll present on “The Riddle of Amish Culture” (based upon his book of the same title) during their adult elective time between the services (10 – 10:45 am).
