Culture-Making on our Campuses
Date: Apr 19, 2009
Hosted by: Central Pennsylvania Christian Scholars Network and Elizabethtown Brethren in Christ
Come participate in a lunch from 12:30pm to 2:00pm with Andy Crouch as we launch a Central Pennsylvania Christian Scholars Network. The lunch will be provided by Elizabethtown Brethren in Christ and a free will offering will be accepted.
Andy is an author, editor, worship leader and classically trained musician. His book Culture Making: Recovering Our Creative Calling, was named one of the best religion books of 2008 by Publishers Weekly. He is a senior editor at Christianity Today International, has ministered to students at Harvard for ten years, and has worked on many projects that bring faith and culture together.
Note: We also welcome you to join Elizabethtown Brethren in Christ for their morning worship services (8:30 am, 11 am) where Andy will share “From the Garden to the City.” And their adult elective time between the services (10 – 10:45 am) where he’ll explore daily culture-making in the marketplace.
