Advancing the Kingdom
Dates: May 20, 2005 - May 22, 2005
Hosted by: GFM Great Lakes West and North Central Areas

Graduate students from Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, North and South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Michigan's Upper Penisula are invited to attend this conference, sponsored by InterVarsity's Graduate & Faculty Ministries in the Great Lakes West and North Central areas. The event will focus on the theme: "Advancing the Kingdom: Evangelism and the University."

Allen Wakabayashi, author of Kindgom Come (InterVarsity Press, 2003), is the featured speaker. Allen is an InterVaristy Area Director in Illinois, and he is currently working on a graduate degree at Loyola University in Chicago.

Breakout sessions include:

Going Deeper into Evangelism
Going Deeper into Bible Exploration
Going Deeper in Your Spiritual Walk: A Guided Retreat
