InterVarsity Shapes Christian Leaders for the Future

We’re preparing future leaders to serve people.

InterVarsity is a Christian ministry to college students and faculty.  We call people to a relationship with Jesus Christ, train them in our campus-based witnessing communities to be Christ’s disciples, and develop in them gifts for servant leadership in the world. Within our campus witnessing communities, students learn to study the Bible, share the gospel, and help others in need.

We believe that God gives everyone extraordinary gifts.  So we honor God’s gifts among women and men of every ethnicity. 

We believe that leadership is essentially service.  So servant leadership is an important part of the InterVarsity experience. 

We train students in servant leadership through Bible studies, mentorships, and short-term missions around the world.  We nurture people in a thoughtful, Christian worldview through workshops and retreats at our four national training centers. And we call people to lifestyles of Christian servant leadership through our triennial Urbana Student Missions Conferences.

InterVarsity calls students and faculty to personal transformation in Christ, spiritual renewal of their campus, and servant leadership that changes this world for the better.
