Thank God for:
- Protecting the health of InterVarsity staff and their families and providing the resources necessary to ensure adequate heath insurance coverage for staff throughout the nation.
- Don Paul Gross, Steve Hinkle, Kevin Kummer, and Jay Sivits, the Graduate & Faculty Ministries leadership team in the South/Central region.
- Commuter students at Indiana University—Purdue University Indianapolis, who are meeting for prayer fellowship at noon on Wednesdays. Thank God that students feel comfortable sharing their prayer needs with members of the InterVarsity campus community.
Please pray for:
- John Terrill, director of Professional Schools Ministries, and his team to seek God's guidance as they plan for a Business as Mission track at Urbana 06.
- Students at William Penn University in Oshkaloosa, IA; Central College in Pella, IA; Drake University in Des Moines; Iowa State University in Ames, IA, and Iowa Central Community College in Fort Dodge to invite their friends to discover who Jesus is through a GIG (Groups Investigating God) Bible studies for non-Christians. Pray for at least 50 GIGs to begin meeting following Western Iowa's area fall conference.
- Seven students from the University of Minnesota in the Twin Cities, as they live together in Christian community in the InterVarsity House close to campus. Also pray that many freshman students will feel welcome and find a place in the campus Christian community.
- New students at colleges and universities in Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota to find the love of Jesus through the InterVarsity campus communities.

| December 4-10 |
Please pray for:
- InterVarsity staff in Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota to seek God's guidance and His will for their campuses as they meet December 5-8, to discuss alumni development, spiritual formation, and team building.
- Stan Wallace, firector of Faculty Ministry, and the faculty ministry leadership team, as they encourage faculty to serve as mentors for the Emerging Scholars Network, an international virtual community of Christian scholars' mentoring program.
- People to join the InterVarsity staff team in Western Massachusetts and share the Gospel of Christ with students at Williams College in Williamstown, MA, and the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.
- African American students from colleges and universities in western Iowa to seek God's guidance and attend the Black Campus Ministries Conference.
- Students at the University of Minnesota—Twin Cities, to feel welcome and part of the InterVarsity community at the InterVarsity house near campus.
- InterVarsity staff from the Pacific region as they gather to study God's Word December 10-13. Pray they hear God's guidance as they present the Gospel on campuses in San Francisco and Sonoma County.
- Students to experience God's peace as they prepare for and take final exams at colleges and universities across the country.

Thank God for:
- The faculty members who serve on the Faculty Ministry work group and their willingness to continue in the 2005-2006 academic year.
- Student leaders in the newly formed InterVarsity chapters at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, and the College of Eastern Utah in Blanding.
Please pray for:
- Members of the New York/New Jersey Regional Leadership Team to gain wisdom, discernment, and insight from the Holy Spirit as they meet Dec. 15-16 to plan for the coming year's ministry.
- Students at Arizona State University in Tempe to seek God's guidance as they interact with the administration.
- Students from InterVarsity chapters across the nation to grow in their relationships with Jesus as they return home for the holiday break, some to non-Christian environments.
- African American students across the nation as they attend the Atlanta 05 conference being held December 27-31 in Atlanta, GA. Pray that as students discuss the theme "identity theft", they will know their identity is found in Jesus.
- Students from colleges and universities across the country to seek God's guidance as they consider attending Urbana 06, InterVarsity's triennial student missions convention, held December 27-31, 2006 in St. Louis, MO.

| December 18-31 |
Thank God for:
Japanese international students at Sonoma State University in California, who are asking questions about Christianity and participating in InterVarsity on campus.
Please pray for:
- International students to come to know God exists, is relevant and wants to change their lives as they hear the Gospel, worship, and have fun with Christian students during the International House Party at Bear Trap Ranch, InterVarsity's training facility in Colorado Springs, CO, December 27, 2005 - January 1, 2006.
- Joshua Settles, InterVarsity staff serving at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, as he moves to Nashville in January and transitions to the role of area director. Pray that he is welcomed into the community.
- Don Paul Gross, Steve Hinkle, Kevin Kummer, and Jay Sivits, the Graduate & Faculty ministries regional leadership team in the South/Central region, as they recruit new staff to expand InterVarsity's ministry to other campuses.
- Graduate & Faculty Ministries staff members as they plan and recruit speakers for a Faculty camp held at Cedar Campus, an InterVarsity training facility located in Cedarville, MI, to be held in June 2006.
- Tony Begay, a volunteer serving InterVarsity students in the Rocky Mountain region, as he seeks and recruits leaders to minister to Native American students in Arizona and New Mexico. Pray that God will connect him with the resources and people he needs to establish new fellowships.
- Neil Sung, Katie Medina, and Jessica Carson, new InterVarsity staff members in the Rocky Mountain region to trust in God's provision as they develop a support team so they can minister full time to students.
