Large Group Leaders need a clear vision for the place of our public gatherings in our overall chapter strategy. Since our values shape the quality of our large group gatherings we'll focus on worship, hospitality, character and pursuit of excellence, plus specific logistic skills necessary for Large Group Leaders and teams. Together, we'll practice the presence of God as a model of what we hope to see on campus. We'll also learn and practice a 4-weeks-ahead planning model that applies to any kind of large group gathering, whether you have a small, medium or large chapter. This track is specifically for those who have influence with a chapter's large group plans such as large group coordinators, large group team members, artists, planners, technology teams and musicians.
