To order, download one of the forms linked at the bottom of this article. Complete the document form in Microsoft Word and attach it to an e-mail to the stores manager (address below). Alternatively, print it or the PDF form file and mail it (to Cedar Campus Stores, PO Box 425, Cedarville, MI 49717), or fax it to 906/484-2294 during office hours.
For personal assistance, call 906/484-3769 ext. 211 any time. Give the stores team at least a couple of days to dub/duplicate past recordings, and longer for larger orders. If not calling, reference the audio recording IDs, note the quantity and format desired (audio CD or MP3 CD) for each recording or set of sessions, and include an e-mail address, telephone number and shipping address. Never e-mail credit card information.
Pricing:
$5 per audio CD – or $4 apiece for four or more
$1 per session's MP3 file(s) plus $1 if not yet available in MP3 format, with a $10 minimum per MP3 CD (maximum of approximately 30 sessions per MP3 CD)
Michigan sales tax (6%) applies to all purchases
$0.94 per printed copy of the audio catalog ($1 with tax)
Shipping:
free packaging and USPS media mail shipping of recordings to any U.S. address
non-U.S., first-class or expedited delivery available at the extra cost
US$1 per printed catalog if mailed without recordings
