Homeschool Family Camp
Dates: Aug 22-28, 2009
Hosted by: Cedar Campus

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to spend a week vacationing with fellow home school families – in a place as beautiful as Cedar Campus? Join us for six days of family fun, relaxation, worship and messages led by home schooling parents Pastor Dave and Debra Collins of Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Dave and Deb Collins live in Ann Arbor, MI where Dave serves as Associate Pastor at Huron Hills Church. Dave’s area of pastoral responsibilities includes Spiritual Formation, Small Groups, and Pastoral Care. Dave has served at the church for 3 years, after serving over 15 years on staff with InterVarsity. Deb has served 5 years as a Campus Staff Member with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. Their 4 children range in age from 18 years old to 9 years old. They also have 2 dogs and a rabbit. Their kids have been homeschooled, and have also experienced public and private high schools.

A good portion of our time will be unstructured, allowing for extended time to enjoy with your family, and opportunities to share conversations and stories with other home school families. You and your family will also be able to explore and experience all that Cedar Campus has to offer: swimming, boating, hiking, kayaking, and campfires. The last day will include a dedication of the upcoming home school year, and a departing blessing for all the families.

Come and join us in this newest Cedar Campus adventure!
