InterVarsity's training and retreat center located on Catalina Island

Located in a quiet, secluded cove on Santa Catalina Island, Campus by the Sea invites its guests to step away from busyness and experience God's rest. Accessible only by boat, the 70 acres of land is laced with wooded hiking trails and scenic coastal views that have renewed generations of Christ's disciples. Owned and operated by InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, the camp offers programming for a wide variety of audiences, including Junior High, High School, College, and Family camps. Open February through Thanksgiving, the facility can serve a maximum of 220 guests at any one time.

The Lord Jesus invites His disciples to periodically come away to a quiet place and rest. As the stormy pressures of the modern world increase, so grows the importance of places like Campus by the Sea. Come to experience God's love, and grow in love for Him. Family Camp 2010

The theme for family camp 2010 will be the Father's Love. Using the story of the “Prodigal Son” in Luke 15 we will look at: The Extravagant love and resources of the father; His rebellious children; His self-righteous children; and His invitation to celebration. Through speakers, peer group studies for all ages, worship, and intergenerational teaching we will look at God’s incredible love for us. Click here to see the complete program.
