Meet the Bear Trap Ranch Staff
The Bear Trap Staff are from all over the country, with widely different backgrounds. We all come together with one thing in common, to develop world changers and authentic, devoted followers of Jesus Christ!

Jon
Barron became Bear Trap's director in July of 2008 when
Jon and Lydia moved their family of five from Alabama. Rachel, who is nine,
is enjoying Bear Trap's horses. Deborah, who is seven, has a love for flowers
and is hoping the rain will bring out more of Colorado's wildflowers. And Titus,
the Barron's two year old boy, is enjoying the volleyballs, frisbees, and other
balls around camp.
Jon is a graduate of Philidelphia Biblical University where he graduated with
a degree in Biblical Studies. He has grown up in camping and served Intervarsity
groups at Camp Pinnacle in upstate New York. He enjoys woodworking and has dreams
of becoming a beekeeper.
Lydia graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in graphic
design.
Mark
Fink came to Bear Trap Ranch from Denver, Colorado. Mark
met his wife, Holly, at Bear Trap as students and have now returned, Mark filling
the Facilities Manager job. Mark recently oversaw the remodeling project of
Bear Den. When Holly, a loving homemaker, is not homeschooling their four daughters,
Luisa, Olivia, Rachel and Emmilea she helps around the camp in housekeeping
and food service.

Elizabeth
Bergman comes to Bear Trap from summer work with InterVarsity's
sister camp, Campus by the Sea. She is originally from Grand
Rapids, Michigan where she graduated with her Culinary Arts Degree from Grand
Rapids Community College. While at Bear Trap, Elizabeth serves as the Food Service
Manager and chef. She spoils the staff with her savory flank steak and soft
bread!

Will
Michaloski joined Beartrap as the Program Manager,
with a background in camping and a passion for Bible Study. He has led wilderness
backpacking trips, facilitated group-building activities and taught people how
to cook on the trail. Will met his wife Beth while serving in North Carolina.
His children, Isaac and Hannah are adventurous and fun-loving.
