You are invited to enjoy a restful and relaxing retreat in the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Colorado. InterVarsity Christian Fellowship will be your host for this holiday event. Come join other international students for a week of winter recreation, warm fires, good conversations, and new friendships.
New Year's Eve Houseparty
December 27, 2007 - January 1, 2008
Together we will be learning about who Jesus is and what His message is to the world.
Holiday Houseparty Activities:
- Presentations, workshops, and small group discussions that will give you a chance to further explore American culture, traditions, and the claims of Jesus
- Delicious meals in our rustic dining hall
- Games, skits, music, and converstaions with new friends
- Quiet moments to relax next to a crackling fire and watch the snow fall
- An International New Year Celebration
- Spectacular photographic settings
- Opportunities for winter recreation
- Snacks, games, and crafts
What to bring:
- Warm, casual clothing, winter coat, hat, gloves or mittens, warm water-proof boots or heavy shoes, personal items (BTR provides blankets, pillows, linens, and towels)
- Camera
- Musical instrument if you play one
- Photo CD, pictures or items from your home

Remaining balance is due upon arrival and covers lodging, meals, program expenses, linen service, and on-site recreation. You may also wish to bring money to purchase items in the camp store.
If you would like to attend the Houseparty but need financial assistance, please ask your International student worker about possible scholarships available.
If you have any questions about the Houseparty, please contact your local International staff worker or Bear Trap Ranch.
| Please plan to arrive before 5:00 PM on the first day so that you will have time to move into your cabin before the evening meal. The Houseparties will end following breakfast on the last day. |
