At a meeting with the head of the British Olympic delegation and the Prince of Wales, Eric is pressured to let go of what he believes is right for the glory of his country. In the end, Eric stands firm and a friend helps find a compromise. Shows a commitment to personal integrity of belief in the midst of opposition.
